Council has been made aware of a phone scam targeting residents with phone calls claiming to be Western Downs Regional Council conducting a phone survey.
Western Downs Regional Council is not conducting any customer surveys by phone at this time. If you receive a phone call asking to complete a survey, do not provide or update any details over the phone.
If you are not sure about the legitimacy of a call, please hang up and phone Council back on 1300 COUNCIL (1300 268 624).
