Council wishes to advise that on the second Tuesday of every month commencing Tuesday 12th of March, the Customer Contact Centre will be closing slightly earlier at 3pm. This includes the phone team and Dalby, Chinchilla & Tara Customer Service Centre front counter operations.
This change allows the facilitation of training and development opportunities for the team as part of Council's commitment to a high standard of customer service.
During this time Council's general phone number will be diverted to the after-hours phone service for urgent requests. Alternatively, residents can email Council at info@wdrc.qld.gov.au where requests will be actioned in accordance with Council's Customer Service Charter.
Multi-purpose locations (Jandowae, Miles, Wandoan) will continue operating normally.
