Wandoan Wandoan War Memorial, Racing and Recreational Reserve

The Wandoan War Memorial, Racing and Recreational Reserve is well equipped venue with a number of areas and buildings within the grounds available for hire, creating the perfect location for hosting a diverse range of events from Agricultural Shows, Races and Festivals to Parties and Celebrations.

Located on Roche Creek Road approximately 5kms from Wandoan Town Centre, the well landscaped and maintained grounds offer a large main show arena, rodeo arena, polocrosse grounds, over 100 stables, entertaining spaces, cattle pavilion and more!

The Wandoan War Memorial, Racing and Recreational Reserve is apart of a rural community between Taroom and Miles, home to many spectacular events and races.

Travelling Livestock & Camping

Camping is permitted at the Wandoan War Memorial, Racing and Recreational Reserve.

Booking and payments for camping can be made at the Wandoan Customer Service Centre or through the honesty box located at the second gate entrance near the amenities. Please note camping is only available pending facility availabilities.

Biosecurity

It is a condition of entry all livestock entering Wandoan War Memorial, Racing and Recreational Reserve must complete the biosecurity statement form, animals entering as part of an event will be captured under the event biosecurity plan.
