Topology - Kogan Stories
In October of 2022, Kogan State School celebrated its 125th anniversary. Part of the celebrations involved the students participating in creative workshops to write and perform songs for a public performance at the Kogan Memorial Hall.
Western Downs Regional Council Regional Arts Development Fund was able to assist Topology Creative Academy with some funding towards the cost of two full-day music workshops.
The program helped to engage the children to use creative processes, whilst also preparing them for their roles in the public performance.
Western Downs Regional Council congratulates Topology on their "Queensland Stories" workshops, and acknowledges the creative opportunities they provided to this group of young people.
RADF invests in local arts and cultural priorities, as determined by local communities, across Queensland. RADF is a flexible fund, enabling local councils to tailor RADF programs to suit the needs of their communities.
