QB Seated Dance Class (Aged Care Residents)

A gentle seated dance class specifically designed for those with mobility limitations. Set to beautiful classical music, participants will experience the magic of ballet through movement.

QB In-School Workshops
Wandoan, 1:00pm - 2:45pm
Cost: Free to Participants

Safe, educative and inclusive dance experiences for students in kindergartens and schools. These workshops link to the Early Years Learning Framework, Australian Curriculum and Senior Dance Syllabus, complementing the teaching and learning currently taking place in Queensland classrooms.

QB First Five Forever Library Engagement (1 - 5 years)

First Five Forever is Queensland Ballet's early years dance program, with lessons set within a framework of storytelling, exploration and artistic play. 

QB Community Classes Petit Pointers (2 - 5 years)
Miles Leichhardt Centre, 4:00pm - 4:30pm
Cost: $10/participant

Designed to stimulate the imagination, musicality and natural movement in children aged 2 – 5 years. All participants will have a joyous experience with an important carer in their life.

QB Community Classes Juniors (6 - 12 years)
Miles Leichhardt Centre, 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Cost: $10/participant

For dancers 6 - 12 years of age, this community class gives participants a taste of all the fun Queensland Ballet has to offer. This is an inclusive experience focusing on exploring ballet technique and repertoire from a QB Production.
