Community Recovery Educational Sessions

Council is partnering with Red Cross this August to deliver a series of Community Recovery sessions to empower communities with essential disaster response and management knowledge.

Renowned disaster preparedness and recovery expert Dr David Younger and Red Cross's Disaster Recovery Advisors and Mentors Australia (DRAMA) team will host engaging and educational sessions to support resilience and provide practical tools and strategies for coping with the mental impacts of disasters for service providers and community members alike.
